At the beginning of the year, we announced a price update that went into effect for all new accounts. The first pricing update that YetiText has had since establishing our pricing in 2018. With that update, we gave an extended period for our existing users so that the update wouldn't take place until April 1st, 2022. As a reminder, The pricing updates for existing users are as follows. Existing users will automatically be moved to our Standard Plan at a discounted monthly, with the option to upgrade to our Pro Plan. For more details on the features available on these two plans, please refer to our pricing page.

Plan options for Existing Users:

Standard plan: $60 per month, $0.03 per SMS, $0.05 per MMS message

Pro Plan Plan: $300 per month, $0.03 per SMS, $0.04 per MMS message

With these changes are also coming some fantastic updates to YetiText and the features that we offer. We've already released High Throughput Toll-Free which allows accounts to send higher volume messages at a quicker rate. We also have a video task feature coming soon as well as some quality of life changes to our mobile and desktop experiences. We will also continue to provide excellent customer support and if you have any questions regarding these updates please don't hesitate to reach out to our team.

The changes will take place on your normal billing date for the subscription renewal. So if you are billed on April 15th, then you will notice the update to your monthly billing on the 15th. Text message rates will all be changed beginning on April 1st. If you have any questions please reach out to our support team.

P.S. These changes are only for users who had signed up prior to January 1st, 2022. If you started your account on or after January 1st, 2022 there will be no changes to your account.
