Setting Up Saved Reply in the Live Chat: ActiveCampaign

This guide will walkthrough how to set up and use saved responses from the live chat area of YetiText

In order to set up a Saved Reply, first navigate to the Live Chat area of YetiText. From here click on the settings button that is attached to the text box at the bottom of the page.

From there click on the bookmark to bring up your saved responses.

From here you can either select a saved reply to be sent, or you can create a new saved reply. To create a new reply simply click the Add Reply button.

From here, type your message, click save, and by following earlier instructions from this article, you will be able to utilize this new saved reply.
