Leave a note for your team inside a conversation. The contact never sees it.

Add an internal note to a conversation

Each conversation can have one owner. The owner sees it in their **Mine** tab.

Assign a conversation to yourself or a teammate

Send a picture, file, audio clip or video with your text, or add a tracked link.

Add pictures, files, links and video to a text

The panel on the right of an open conversation shows who you are texting and lets you update their details without leaving the Messenger.

Use the contact panel in the Messenger

Use the search box in the Messenger to find a conversation by the contact's name or phone number.

Find a conversation

Mark a conversation as unread to remind yourself to come back to it.

Mark a conversation as unread

Two settings change how your own inbox looks. They only affect you, not your teammates.

Change how your Messenger inbox looks

The Messenger is where you text your contacts and see every text, call and voicemail with them in one place.

Get around the Messenger

When a contact asks to stop getting texts, the Messenger stops you from texting them from that brand.

Opt-outs in the Messenger

Resolve a conversation when you are done with it. It moves out of **Mine** and **All** and into **Resolved**, so your list only shows what still needs you.

Resolve or reopen a conversation

Write a text now and have it go out to one contact later.

Schedule a text message

Reply to a contact from the box at the bottom of any open conversation.

Send a text message

Text someone you have not texted before, or start a thread from a different one of your numbers.

Start a new conversation

AI Tools can tidy up what you typed, change its tone, or suggest a reply for you. You always see the result before anything is sent.

This prototype demo is aware that you are reading “{title}”. It can point you back to the current article, but a production article-aware Fin contract is still follow-up work.

Prototype article-aware answer

Because you already asked about invitations, this prototype demo can add the follow-up: use the role selector before sending each invite to limit access to the teammate responsibilities.

Prototype role-limiting follow-up

This prototype demo suggests starting with your workspace profile, inviting the team members who need access, and then connecting the integrations you use.

Prototype getting-started answer

In this prototype demo, integrations are configured from workspace settings. Choose the integration, connect the account, and review the enabled permissions.

Prototype integrations answer

In this prototype demo, invite teammates from workspace settings, then choose the access each teammate needs before sending the invitation.

Prototype invite-team answer

This prototype demo does not have a scripted answer for that question yet. Try asking how to invite your team or open a source article. No production Fin API was called.
