Get an email link to set a new password when you cannot sign in.
Before you start
You need access to the email inbox on your YetiConnect account.
If you can still sign in and just want a new password, see change-your-password.
Steps
On the sign in page, click Forgot password?.
Type your Email address and click Email password reset link.
Open the email from us and click the reset link.
On Reset password, type a new Password and type it again in Confirm password.
Click Reset password.
What happens next
You go back to the sign in page with a message that your password was reset.
Sign in with your new password.
Common questions
I did not get the email.
Check your spam folder. You can click Send it again on the same page. The email only goes out if an account uses that address.
My reset link does not work.
Reset links last 60 minutes. Ask for a new one from Forgot password?.
Does this sign me out on other devices?
It turns off Keep me signed in on this device everywhere, so other computers ask you to sign in next time. A browser that is open right now may stay signed in until it times out. Resetting your password does not sign you out of the mobile app.
