Before you start
You need a YetiConnect account. If you were invited, accept the invitation first. See accept-an-invitation.
Steps
Go to the YetiConnect Sign in page.
Type your Email address and Password.
To stay signed in on this computer, tick Keep me signed in on this device. Leave it off on a shared computer.
Click Log in.
If you turned on two-factor authentication, you see Authentication code. Open your authenticator app, type the 6-digit code, and click Continue.
What happens next
You land on the dashboard for your organization.
If you have not finished signing up, we take you to the next step first, like verifying your phone.
Common questions
I forgot my password.
Click Forgot password? on the sign in page. See reset-your-password.
I lost my phone with my authenticator app.
On the code page, click login using a recovery code and type one of your saved recovery codes. See set-up-two-factor-authentication.
It says I tried too many times.
After 5 tries in a minute, we pause sign in for that email. Wait about a minute and try again.
I belong to more than one organization. Which one opens?
You land on the last organization you chose. Switch any time from the organization menu at the top of the sidebar. See switch-or-create-an-organization.
