Permanently close an organization and everything in it. This cannot be undone.
Before you start
Only an Owner can do this.
You cannot delete the organization while its plan will still renew, or while it still has phone numbers. Cancel the plan and release the numbers first.
You need your password.
Export anything you want to keep first: your contacts, your Do Not Contact list, and your texts and calls. See export-contacts, export-the-do-not-contact-list and export-texts-and-calls.
Steps
Open Settings, then click Danger Zone at the bottom of the sidebar.
If you see Cancel the plan first, click Go to Billing and cancel your subscription.
If you see Release the phone numbers first, click Go to Phone Numbers and release each one.
Under Delete organization, click Delete organization.
Type your Password and click Delete organization to confirm.
What happens next
The organization and all of its data are deleted.
Every member is removed and loses access.
People's user accounts stay, along with any other organizations they belong to.
If this was your only organization, you are signed out.

Can I get the data back?
Plan as if you cannot. Export what you need before you delete.
I only want to stop paying for now.
